The best gift of my life
Well, things like this happen once every twenty years or so, as a witness of my radiant smile said.
This past weekend, at Tomkins Park, Calgary, I got gifted with a violin, plus its case, bow, and equipment. I was beyond astounded by the kindness of this gesture. It takes time to break into a new violin, so I have currently been playing on my usual one. Nonetheless, I’m going to get great use out of my new, beautiful violin!
I’m a very frequent violin busker of Tomkins Park. Locals are very familiar with me. I was also briefly filed for TV by City TV once at this park. This park has filled my life with incredible memories. Once, someone took a seat right next to me during a game night. This individual listened through my entire concert before telling me he was from out of town and hadn’t expected this type of entertainment. This awesome listener proceeded to give me a fifty.
I hold countless beautiful memories formed at this beautiful park. I will never take my new violin for granted, and will pay off my moral debts to Tomkins Park by entertaining locals lots in weeks to come. I will write more about my second violin in the coming days.
Have a wonderful say, you who may be reading this!
